Behind every successful business is a person who knows how to wear a lot of different hats. At MMC that person is Samantha Rivera.
Samantha started as the HR Director but quickly realized she wanted to do more to help the company grow. She began working in accounting and marketing, helping the organization keep track of and stay in line with goals. Then, she added a third hat when she began working as a Project Coordinator, working with Mark and Will to keep projects moving forward successfully.
Samantha juggles all of these roles with enthusiasm and a passion for what we do here at MMC. She balances strategic thinking and action to keep the team aligned, projects on track, and our mission front and center.
