Property Condition Assessment (PCA)
A PCA gives purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, facilities managers, and other parties a snapshot of all major building systems and site components, outstanding permits and code violations, and a review of available drawings. A thorough site survey is conducted, and a report complying with the Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessment (ASTM E2018-15) is provided. An Opinion of Probable is then presented and totaled. The PCA service culminates in a meeting where a report is reviewed section-by-section.
